Payment Information

We offer a range of payment options for most orders, to suit your requirements.

Credit or Debit Card (Fastest Option)

You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or American Express. Your card payment will be processed securely at the checkout by our processing partner, Stripe. At no point are your card details stored or seen by our servers. The full transaction takes place securely with Stripe. Unfortunately we cannot take credit or debit card payments by phone at the moment.

Cash

If you’re a local customer, you’re welcome to pop in and pay in cash, however the full order must be paid for, before we go to print.

BACS or Bank Transfer

If you prefer, you can pay via BACS or Bank Transfer. Should you wish to do this, please be aware that we cannot process your order until we’ve received the cleared funds into our account. If you’re in a rush, please ensure you choose ‘Faster Payments’ when processing your transfer, or alternatively pay via Credit or Debit card via our website.

Cheque Payment

Whilst we can accept cheques, this will slow down the print process significantly, as we need to wait for the cheque to clear before we can start printing your job, which can take up to 7 working days with some banks. If you’re in a rush, we recommend credit or debit card as a payment method.

Credit Accounts

In some circumstances, we may be able to offer you a credit account, if you regularly order printing, however these are subject to a credit check, which also requires at least two trade references. Our credit accounts are strictly 30 days from date of invoice, which is generated when you place your order.

Please be aware that credit account customers will also pay a 7.5% surcharge on all credit account orders. This is to cover the additional risk to us, administration time and processing time for our staff.

Credit terms may be amended or revoked at any time, should we have any concerns over payments received.
